Yıldız Çaprak

Yıldız Çaprak graduated from Galatasaray High School and received her degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1988. In 1990, she completed her master’s degree in Contemporary Management at Marmara University. She later completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in 2007 and the Board Membership Program at emlyon business school in 2025.

Ms. Çaprak began her career in the automotive industry in 1987 at Oyak Renault as a Management Control Specialist within the Purchasing Directorate. After holding various positions within the Purchasing Division, she was appointed Planning, Product and Communications Director in 1998 and Turkey Purchasing Director in 2000.

Beginning in 2005, she continued her career in Paris within the Renault-Nissan Alliance Global Purchasing Organization, where she held several executive leadership positions, including roles overseeing Global Chassis, Global After Sales, and Alpine and Upper Segment Vehicles.

In 2021, Ms. Çaprak was appointed Vice President of Strategy for Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at Stellantis in Paris. She also assumed responsibility for the company’s Türkiye operations as Vice President.

As of 2025, she serves as an Independent Board Member at CMS Jant.
