CMS is The Star of Export Once Again

Aegean Exporters' Association awarded its 58 members, who contributed 5 billion 331 million dollars to 13 billion dollars of exports in 2020, with the 'AEA Stars of Export Award Ceremony', which was postponed last year due to the pandemic conditions.

At the ceremony, Turkish Exporters Assembly President İsmail Gülle said, "We managed to close a year like 2020, in which uncertainties reached their peak, with 169 billion dollars above our targets. During the pandemic, we received significant orders from both our traditional markets and our target markets. We managed to use the interest directed to our country due to the break in global supply chain in our favor. Our exporters under the umbrella of Aegean Exporters' Associations showed significant consistency in the pandemic year by maintaining the figure they achieved in the previous year". Gülle said, "We can only reach ‘Turkey with a Foreign Trade Surplus’ with the successful performances of our export stars and new investments they will make in value-added production. We must embellish the next process with new investments and value-added products; and within 5 years, we must reach our target of $300 billion. We managed to exceed $215 billion in a month. I trust our Aegean exporters to the fullest on this path".

CMS Group maintained its success of being the company that has highest volume of export among the companies operating in the automotive sector, and was awarded with the Stars of Export Award in 2020.
