Erdoğan Şahin

Erdoğan Şahin graduated from the Aircraft Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in 1987 and began his career at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey.

During the early years of his career, he held various positions in the Quality and Production divisions before being appointed Senior General Manager in 2010. In 2012, he assumed the role of Director of Finance and Administrative Affairs.

In 2013, Mr. Şahin joined Toyota Motor Europe as Logistics Director, gaining extensive international management experience. Following his return to Türkiye in 2017, he served as Production Management Director and subsequently as Vice President of Production at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey.

Between 2020 and 2021, Mr. Şahin served as Project Leader at Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech. Since 2022, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey.

As of January 2026, Mr. Şahin has also been serving as an Independent Board Member at CMS Jant.
