Silver Winner in Stevie Awards for “Best Talent Management Strategy” Category!

The 7th Stevie^® Awards for Great Employers, located in the United States, have found their owners. As CMS Human Resources Directorate, it’s an honor to be recognized as a Silver winner in the Stevie^® Awards for Great Employers for “Best Talent Management Strategy” category.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers are the only global awards program recognizing the world’s best employers, the human resources professionals, achievements and products that help to create and drive great places to work. As CMS Human Resources Directorate, Talent Management team, we emphasized the importance we attach to personal development, digitalization and equal opportunities. We shared and supported with data our digital processes, development and leadership programs that we implement since before the pandemic adopted by all our units. We are recognized by The Stevie Awards as a Silver winner in Best Talent Management Strategy category with our CMS Digitalent Management process.
