CMS's New Award Winning Design!

One of the designs by the CMS group, a leader, in Turkey, and leading manufacturer of aluminum wheels in Europe, was granted noteworthy of several awardsin 2018.

With a capacity of more than 9 million aluminum wheels per year all produced in its three production facilities located in Izmir, CMS Group is adding new designs to its portfolio every year to diversify their existing product range and to get better at meeting demands of the world's leading automobile manufacturers. One of those new products; the C25, designed by Turkish CMS Design Team, has won multiple awards in both Turkey and Europe in 2018.

C25 family, one of company’s 4 new designs which was added to the portfolio last year, has been granted “Outstanding Design Award” in the category of “Means of Transport and Accessories” upon the assessment of “Design Turkey”, organized within the context of TURQUALITY program, with collaboration of Ministry of Commerce (MC), Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TSA) and Industrial Designers Society (IDS).

Another award for the same design was granted by “Automotive Brand Contest (ABC) 2018 Awards”, which is well-known international event by German Design Council (Rat für Formgebung) created especially for automotive industry. In this respectable contest, The C25 won was deemed worthy of the grand prize in the category of “Future, Mobility and Parts”. Being successful at ABC C25 was also nominated for “German Design Awards 2019” another worldwide reputable organization by German Design Council. After a comprehensive evaluation, CMS Design Team was awarded by Special Mention under "Excellent Product Design – Automotive Parts and Accessories" category.
