CMS Jant ve Makina Sanayii A.Ş.,the main company of CMS Group, manufactures aluminium alloy wheels by using Low Pressure Casting techniques. Today, there are roughly 400 models of CMS Wheels, which were started to be produced in 1985. The company, exporting 85 % of its production, is the leader of the wheel market in Turkey. The OEM customers of the company in Turkey are Fiat, Renault, Ford, Toyota, Karsan whereas its Customers abroad are Fiat Auto, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Reanault, Bentley, VW, Seat, Audi, Dacia, Toyota, Honda and PSA.
Manufacturing
Wheels with a diameter between 10" and 22" and width between 4" and 10" are manufactured in
CMS Jant ve Makina Sanayi A.Ş.. CAS, CAD, CAE, FEA and casting simulation is used in designing wheel models and accessories whereas CAD/CAM and CNC technologies are used in mold manufacturing. Machining is carried on with CNC technology.

The plant, which began manufacturing in 1980 together with started operations of CMS Jant ve Mak. San. A.Ş., is located on a land of 32,175 square meters with closed area of 20,944 square meters. 109 white-collar and 493 blue-collar employees work in the plant, in which production is focused on OEM customer. Yearly wheel production capacity of the plant is 2 million units. |

CMS Çiğli Manufacturing Plant, which started mass production on 01.09.03, is located on a land 30.838 square meters with closed area of 20,944 square meters. Yearly production capacity of this plant is 2.2 million units.
599 employees, 102 white-collar and 497 blue-collar, work in the Ciğli Plant.

The company, supporting its customers with promotion materials continously, seeks for potential customers by undertaking marketing activities in the “Auto Accessories” fairs, it attends abroad in its target markets.
