CMS, Turkeys Innovation League Champion

CMS Group, Turkey's leading aluminum wheel manufacturer and one of the prominent manufacturers in Europe, took the first place in Turkey in the category of "Innovation Strategy" in Inovalig 2016, Innovation Leaders Competition.

Inovalig Awards given within the scope of the 5th Turkey Innovation week organized at the Istanbul Convention Center by Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) found their owners. In the awards for which 761 companies in Turkey applied with innovative projects, CMS Group won the first prize in the category of Innovation Strategy.

Award was received by President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan

CMS Jant ve makina San. A.Ş. General Manager Gürsel Can was presented the first prize by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. CMS ranked 11th in the same category last year. Saying that CMS’ innovative and creative approaches and investments have increased over the past year, Gursel Can stated that being a leader in a short time is very important for them.

Customer expectation, company strategy and R&D are integrated with each other

Within the scope of Inovalig Awards, companies shared their works on innovation with the evaluation committee. CMS emphasized that the customer expectations, the company strategies and the R&D Center activities are performed integratedly as a group strategy and all researches and decisions were carried out between these three bodies.

AR-GE annually allocated 10 million TL

CMS Jant ve Makina San. A.Ş., which is a hundred percent Turkish capital company, makes production in three different locations in İzmir. CMS Group, which employs over 3,200 people, allocates more than 10 million TL to R&D works annually.
